You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes or exploit bugs, cheats, or other vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Banzai Fun reserves the right to take action, including account suspension or termination, against users who violate these rules.  

All content on Banzai Fun, including graphics, text, logos, and software, is the property of Banzai Fun or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without prior written consent. 

Banzai Fun is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Banzai Fun does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform or that any defects will be corrected. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banzai Fun shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Banzai Fun’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of virtual currency granted to you for free on the platform. 

Banzai Fun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to virtual currency, items, and other features will be forfeited without compensation.  

Banzai Fun reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Banzai Fun after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
